Click "Create Target Group" button in the Ad Management Console, enter the Name (for easier recognition) and press "Add Target Group". You will be transferred to Summary Screen with other Tabs available. After you modify any settings, do not forget to press Save Changes and Enable or Disable the desired Target Group's section.

You can create as many Target Groups as you wish. They all will be stored in a list which appear after pressing "Target Groups" button in the Ad Management Console.

When editing Campaign or Banner Settings, select appropriate Target Group in "Target Group" field and the Banners will be targeted to this particular audience.

The same Target Group can be used for different Banners and Campaigns simultaneously.
